Shavanté Royster is graphic designer and illustrator based in Brooklyn, NY. She has worked as a designer and visual artist since 2009. Shavanté developed a passion for art very early in life. Her body of work consists of digital illustration, painting, and mixed media. Raised in a military household, she spent her developing years traveling around the world. Her traveling experiences inspired her creativity and travel has become a common theme in her artwork. She explores ideas of what it means to have a home and a place to belong. She expresses both the challenges and the excitement of being uprooted through her expressive use of shapes and rich, vivid colors.

This past year, I collaborated with Bombay Sapphire to design a special Limited Edition Gift Pack. Together, we transformed vacant storefronts in the iconic Soho neighborhood of NYC using my illustrations. My drawing that adorns the pack is inspired by my journey in life and the spirit of Bombay Sapphire.
